Ceremonial Retreat Terms and Conditions

1. Participation Agreement & Eligibility

• All participants must complete the screening process, including a confidential health questionnaire and informed consent form, before final acceptance into the program or retreat.

• If a participant does not meet our screening criteria, their deposit will be refunded, and they will not be allowed to attend.

2. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits secure your spot and are subject to our cancellation policy outlined below.

• Full payment deadlines, if applicable, will be communicated. Failure to complete full payment by the deadline may result in loss of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.

3. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

• Participants acknowledge that ceremonial retreats and spiritual mentorship programs involve deep emotional, spiritual, and personal work.

• As part of the screening process, participants will be sent an Informed Consent Form, which they must read and accept before attending.

• By registering, participants accept full responsibility for their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being before, during, and after the retreat or program.

• Sacred Waters Sanctuary, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any unintended consequences arising from participation.

4. Medical & Psychological Suitability

• Sacred Waters Sanctuary is not a medical facility, and our facilitators are not medical professionals.

• Our programs are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment.

• Participants are encouraged to consult a qualified healthcare provider if they have any medical or psychological concerns before attending.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For Ceremonial Retreats:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat: Your deposit is refundable or transferable to a future retreat.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days and more than 3 days before the retreat start: Your deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future retreat within 12 months.

• No-shows or cancellations within 3 days of the retreat start: No refunds or transfers will be issued.

For Spiritual Preparation & Integration Programs:

• No Refunds Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our programs, refunds are not available once the program has been purchased. Your commitment helps us maintain the integrity and quality of the experience.

• Session Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.

• Program Credit: If you are unable to complete the program for any reason, unused sessions may be credited toward another service or program within six months.

6. Code of Conduct & Respectful Participation

• Participants are expected to engage with the retreat/program respectfully and responsibly.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior (including aggression, substance abuse, or refusal to follow guidance) may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund.

7. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

• Sacred Waters Sanctuary reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, health crises, venue issues, facilitator emergencies, etc.).

• In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer their deposit to a future program, but are not entitled to monetary refunds beyond the standard cancellation policy.​
